چکیده
Abstract Background Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is known to be associated with a myriad of viral, fungal, and bacterial co-infections. Rhino-orbital mucormycosis rare angio-invasive fungal infection which has shown rising trend in the setting COVID-19. Case presentation We describe imaging findings 3 cases rhino-orbital patients history All had varying involvement paranasal sinuses extending into orbital compartment while case intracranial extension infection. Conclusions can have aggressive necrosis involved orbits or without cerebral extension. Hence, correct diagnosis imperative as prompt antifungal drugs surgical debridement significantly reduce mortality morbidity.
